Zeke Rouse is a Policy Fellow with Spark, where he advocates for equitable housing policies across Nebraska, building on hands-on experience from leading immigrant inclusion campaigns, supporting visa policy work, and helping advance Nebraska’s Raise the Wage initiative. He has a Masters in Public and Social Policy from Charles University in Prague and his work is shaped by both local advocacy and international policy experience, including contributions to LGBTQIA+ diplomacy efforts with the US State Department and global diaspora mapping projects with Humanity in Action.
