Rama Kolli is Chief Information Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, where he serves on the executive leadership team and oversees enterprise intelligence, advanced modeling, configuration and technology. During his more than 22 years with the company, Rama has helped shape BCBSNE’s digital transformation, leading key initiatives including digital strategy, data and analytics modernization, cloud infrastructure advancement and core platform migration. His leadership has helped lay the foundation for the organization’s digital future. Rama holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nagarjuna University and a Master of Computer Applications degree from the University of Chennai, India. He has served on several nonprofit and industry boards and previously led the national CIO Forum for Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations across the country.
