Kelly is a Research Forensic Scientist at RTI ‘s Center for Forensic Science, after 25 years as a Medicolegal Death Investigator at the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner. She is a retired ABMDI diplomat, and on the NAME Board of Directors. Her current research is on MDI and MEC systems, to include improving data quality.
