Daniel Kirsch is a fourth-year medical student at the Boston University MD/PhD program who completed his PhD in pathology under the mentorship of Dr. Ann McKee. His research compared neurodegenerative tauopathies. He plans to apply for pathology residency, with an interest in forensic and neuropathology.
