A now six-year tradition, the EP Summit brings all EP Wealth Advisors colleagues and leaders from Coast to Coast together in-person! Hosted in sunny Downtown LA, you will engage, connect with each other and our business, and celebrate our Vision and Values as One EP… Together We Climb!
Downtown LA’s Intercontinental Hotel will be the stunning backdrop as you have the amazing opportunity to connect, laugh, and learn with your colleagues from across the country. At Summit, expect to hear more about the collective EP story and experience firsthand how inclusion and integrity are critical aspects of EP’s growth and continued success. Additionally, you will participate in defining the future of EP, how we will enrich the lives of our clients and each other, and how our entrepreneurial spirit helps us climb further and stronger, together.
THE VENUE
The 2024 Summit will take place in Downtown LA at the InterContinental Los Angeles.
All hotel accommodations will be pre-assigned by the Summit planning team. Priority registrations will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we recommend registering early. Attendees will receive their hotel confirmation number and details via email prior to the Summit.

You don’t! The Summit planning committee will handle all hotel bookings. Each attendee will need to register for the Summit, offered through this platform starting mid-March. You will receive a confirmation email for your hotel reservation within one week of registering.
Guests are not allowed to any EP sponsored events, meals, meetings, or cocktail receptions; however, they are welcome to stay with you at the hotel. Concierge Travel will help you align your flights.
Day 1: Business casual attire
Many of us are traveling and we will have an outdoor reception on the 73rd floor – jeans are permitted however athleisure is not acceptable.
Day 2: Professional attire
Many of us will be taking headshots and we will pose for a group shot. Bring a jacket, tie is optional.
- 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner: Cocktail/Formal
Dress to celebrate! The 25th Anniversary Gala Awards Dinner will be served in the Wilshire Ballroom and will be a fun moment to take it up a notch!
Day 3: Business casual attire
As many of us are travelling – jeans are permitted, athleisure is not acceptable.
After you complete your Summit Registration, you will receive an email from Travel Concierge within 48 hours (about 2 business days) with a proposed flight. Once you accept, the flight will be booked for you. Make certain to respond quickly, so that your flight remains available! You will not be asked for a payment card; EP will be charged directly.
If you do not like the parameters of the flight chosen, you can reply directly to the email, and our Travel Concierge contact, Shelley Rempe will work with you directly to find another option.
When you register, please have your following travel information on-hand:
- Preferred airline and frequent flyer number(s)
- Seat preference
Non-Exempt Employees
All non-exempt employees who are attending EP Summit, will be logged as working 8-hour days during June 10th-12th (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
Meals
Employees may expense travel meals through Paycom unless there is a company sponsored meal at that time. All after-hour food and beverages will be at the employee’s expense.
Company-sponsored meals are as follows:
- Monday: Welcome Reception
- Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Wednesday: Breakfast
