Jo Bair, MSW (she/her/hers) is a fifth generation Nebraskan who is passionate about forming critical connections for social change in rural communities. Jo has a Master's Degree in Social Work and directs enCourage Advocacy Center, a non-profit providing prevention and intervention services related to domestic and sexual violence. She recently completed her Advanced Certification in Feminist Coaching and offers coaching and facilitation services. Jo lives in Hastings with her husband and their children. In her free time, you can catch her facilitating parties, reading romance novels, or hunting for treasures at estate sales.
