Porscha Howard is a Senior Training Manager for the Women
Center for Advancement with 10 years of experience working
with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human
trafficking, and stalking in the Omaha area. In 2023, Porscha facilitated 70 community trainings with 3,218 attendees and
14 public awareness events with 1,413 attendees. Porscha was born and raised
in Southern California. She retired from the United States Air Force after
serving 11 years as a military police officer and three tours in Iraq.
Porscha is an alumni of Bellevue University, where she acquired her bachelor's
degree in behavioral science and a master’s degree in public administration.
Porscha is inspired daily by her teen daughter and three miniature schnauzers
(Marley, Lilly and Rose).
