Marion Jaroszewski's expertise is in applications and design of transportable high temperature transformers and substations as well as core type power, generator step up, auxiliary and grounding transformers, autotransformers and voltage regulators.
He graduated from Technical University of Lodz Poland with specialization in Transformers, Electric Motors and Generators. He worked as an Electrical Engineer in ELTA in Lodz, Poland, Transformer Engineer in Alamo Transformers in Houston, TX and since 1985 in Delta Star, Inc. (formerly HK Porter) on the following positions: Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer from 1987, Manager of Engineering from 1995, Corporate Technical Officer and General Manager of San Carlos facility from 2004 and Vice President of the company from 2005.
Marion retired at the end of 2009 and currently works part time as a consultant and technical advisor for Delta Star, Inc.
He is Life Member of IEEE.
