Technical Support:

I am having difficulty hearing the event. How do I fix this?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot general technical difficulties:

  1. Check to ensure you have a strong internet connection.
  2. Confirm that your computer sound is turned on, both in the livestream window and on your desktop.
  3. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please try the following:
  • Leave and rejoin the livestream
  • Try using headphones
  • Ensure that the sound is turned up if you are using a mobile device.
