FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What happens if I already registered for the August dates?
A: You have three options for your previous registration payment:
- Apply it toward the new all-inclusive event package,
- Apply it toward individual event tickets of your choice, or
- Receive a full refund. We'll contact all previous registrants directly to confirm your preference before the October event registration opens.
Q: Why was the date changed?
A: We received feedback that the August timing didn't work for many brothers and families. October offers better weather, football season excitement, and fits better with family schedules and UN-L campus activities.
Q: Will the pricing be the same as originally planned?
A: We're reviewing pricing based on the new venue arrangements and will announce final pricing soon. Your survey feedback on pricing preferences will help guide our decisions.
Q: I made hotel reservations for August. What should I do?
A: Any hotel reservations you made in the Phi Delta Theta block will automatically transfer to the October 17/18 weekend. You will receive an updated notification from Embassy Suites, and your confirmation number will remain the same.
Q: When will registration open for the October event?
A: Registration will open soon. We’ll notify you as soon as it's ready, and please submit your registration as soon as possible.
Q: What if I can't attend the new October dates?
A: We understand the date change may create conflicts. Please still complete the survey to help us plan future events that work better for your schedule.
Q: Will you offer the same activities as originally planned?
A: The core celebration elements remain the same, with the addition of the Husker football watch party. We're also enhancing the experience based on your feedback. The survey will help us finalize the agenda.
